No. TrustWatch is a decision-support tool, not a legal guarantee. It is designed to be cautious: ambiguous photos are flagged instead of over-claiming certainty. For high-value purchases, combine it with an in-person inspection by an expert.
What kind of photo should I upload?
A clear, well-lit photo of the dial, with the watch centred. Avoid blur, strong reflections and cluttered backgrounds. At least 500×500 px is recommended.
What does a result contain?
A verdict (authentic, counterfeit or not a watch) with a calibrated confidence. On Plus you also get the attention heatmap, an AI-written summary and a shareable PDF report.
Do you store my photographs?
