How to create an Eos jungl4 testnet account
When facing the EOS blockchain, You need to know how it works, and what it needs to operate with it because is a little different from other blockchains like Ethereum.
In this guide, You'll understand how to create a test account on the testnet called Jungle4, which is a testnet for the EOS blockchain, where You can test and deploy a decentralized application (dApp) at no cost, or test other application or games.
EOS blockchain works with 2 pairs of keys, 2 for active permission (public and private keys) and 2 for owner permission (public and private keys).
The cool thing is that You can always update these keys in case of some alert or problem with them.
To create a pair of keys You can use several tools, but in this case, we can use the interface made by CryptoLions:
https://monitor4.jungletestnet.io/#home
Now that we have generated a pair of keys, we need to create an EOS testnet account using that pairs, and even for this step we can use the previous interface:
In this case, we need to put the Owner and Active public key that we generated before (we can use the same public key for both keys), and then we need to create an a-z, 1-5, account length max 12 characters:
Now that we have generated the keys and the EOS testnet account, it's time to import that keys into a wallet that manages the EOS Jungle4 testnet, for example, Anchor Wallet.
By default, the testnet blockchain isn't displayed so we need to activate from the setting following this simple steps:
Now that we have activated the EOS Jungle4 testnet from the Anchor Wallet interface, we need to import the EOS testnet account.
Like for almost every wallet, we need to import the blockchain account by inserting the private key of our account, and then we need to choose the active permission to import, following these simple steps:
Now we are ready to use the account to test the EOS testnet and use different dApp like this test game:
nft, hoken tech, blockchain, cryptoart, eos, nft art, artificial intelligence, ai, watch authentication, crypto artist, nfts, web3, nft game, web3 game, videogame, nft distributor, videogame blockchain
