The official NFT collection by Juan Tardivo

Welcome to Hoken Tech!

For those who missed the previous episodes of our technological and artistic path, the famous international artist Juan Tardivo decided to create his first NFT collection, following the incredible success of one of his paintings digitized in NFT.

Furthermore, thanks to the support of Hoken Tech that the artist himself had in all the various phases, he was able to touch the professionalism and the expected and expected results, it was decided to proceed with the creation of a dedicated NFT collection starting from some paintings made by the famous painter, and series that is part of the first NFT, which being in 1 to 1 copy, we will not find in this collection, demonstrating how the uniqueness of the NFTs is something tangible and valuable, given that if you want that work, in particular, we must hope that the owner sells it, which is difficult given that by now it has a much higher value than the price at which it came into possession.

But let’s get into the detail of this first official collection by the artist Juan Tardivo, and we can note that the same part from the paintings made by the same artist and which he owns, deposited in a vault in Bologna, Italy, a collection that takes the name of “In the Dream of my landscapes”, a collection consisting of a total of 13 painted works, and of which only 12 will be digitized and tokenized in this collection the work entitled “Nel sogno dei miei paesaggi III” (“In the dream of my landscapes III”) will be missing.

We are talking about a limited collection of pieces, so nothing to do with the collections and projects of 10 thousand and passes NFT, where there will be 12 NFTs only and in 1 to 1 copy, as the same NFTs start from the original paintings that reflect them the uniqueness of the works.

Where can I find the collection?

The collection can be reached at the following link we find it on the decentralized platform of AtomicHub and is searchable with the following name nsdmpjtardiv (acronym of In the Dream Of My Landscapes Juan Tardivo):

https://eos.atomichub.io/market?collection_name=nsdmpjtardiv&order=desc&sort=created&symbol=EOS#auctions

How is the NFT structured?

Let’s start by saying and deepening the technical aspect of this collection and these NFTs, and let’s immediately say that they were created on the EOS blockchain as it is one of the few to be carbon neutral and consequently these NFTs will also be carbon neutral.

Furthermore, these NFTs can be found in the related dedicated collection, and therefore it will be sufficient to always look at the collection to see both all the pieces and also who currently owns that particular NFT so in case you can make an offer directly to its owner.

We also remind you that the same NFTs can then be exchanged and resold by the owner, allowing easy circulation of the works and all using the AtomicHub marketplace on the EOS blockchain, having the advantage of having no transaction fees, therefore all the various transactions will be at no cost, which is unthinkable on the Ethereum blockchain.

Are there any advantages for those who buy the NFT?

Since we are in the presence of NFTs that start from physical paintings and are in the possession of the artist, the artist Juan Tardivo has agreed to send the physical work to the winner of the auction of the individual NFTs, and this means that not only you will get the official NFT of the collection, but in addition, you will also take home the related painting.

Being an internationally renowned artist and with several years behind him, this initiative to send the physical works provides for a minimum threshold for reaching the auction, which, according to the artist’s coefficient, was set at € 3000.00 and therefore in if the auction reaches or exceeds that figure, the relative painting will be sent automatically, and in that case, the winner can send an email to the following address to receive instructions and provide the shipping address to which to send the relative painting:

hokentechitalia@gmail.com

How will the sale be made?

As mentioned in the previous paragraphs, and since these are 1 to 1 NFT works, we preferred to focus on the classic auction system where at the end of the 3 weeks, the highest bidder will take home the relative NFT and if the final price of the auction equals or exceeds € 3000.00 (value calculated at the close of the auction, quoted in euros), then the winner, after sending the email and receiving shipping instructions, will receive the relevant painting linked to his NFT.

All auctions will start on the same day and at the same price set at an initial value of € 400.00 while the duration is only 3 weeks at the end of which, for unsold NFTs, a new auction will proceed in the same way as the previous ones.

We remind you that tonight from 21:00 there will be a live Instagram with the artist Juan Tardivo, where you can ask him questions during the live broadcast.

We conclude with a video made directly by the artist Juan Tardivo, where he talks about this collection:
