For those in the #startup sector or who have founded a startup, it is important to make themselves known and present their project at a national and international level, both to present their products and services to potential customers and to potential investors to support the project.

While there are several international events to present one’s startup, in Italy these types of exhibitions are limited and often require paying large sums of money just to access them, which does not make much sense given that startups usually start with meager financial resources.

However, there are also important and well-known realities in the Italian landscape that specifically aim to give opportunities to these young startups, such as the important #DigithOn event, which allows any startup to participate in the largest Italian digital marathon.

DigithOn represents a startup competition that offers the opportunity to directly present the digital business project, without intermediaries, to private and institutional investors, both Italian and international.

DigithOn’s mission is specifically to act as a launch pad for innovative projects that address the main challenges of the digital revolution, bringing the financial world closer to the startup world and this initiative offers a concrete possibility to transform the most original entrepreneurial ideas in the field of Digital Economy into tangible realities.

It also gives you the chance to compete for the DigithOn 2023 Prize, which includes a €10,000 cash prize, along with other important awards offered by our partners where these contributions make up a total prize pool of €50,000.

Now in its eighth edition, DigithOn takes place in the picturesque Apuliaan town of Bisceglie, located on the shores of the Adriatic and rich in medieval history.

It is true that anyone can participate in this competition and indeed there are a total of 1976 startups registered, but only 100 of these will be able to access the final and only one of these will win the first prize of €10,000.

Hoken Tech has always tried to participate in this competition but it was only in 2023 that it passed the final phase of the competition, where we still have work to do to place ourselves among the top positions, but just beating 1876 startups already shows how Hoken Tech has all the credentials to be a high-profile startup, both in business and technology.

In terms of business, because at the helm of Hoken Tech there is a woman, Antonella Tagliente, who is the CEO of the startup, and in this competition, but also in the startup sector in general, it is really remarkable as this sector unfortunately sees a predominance of male figures.

And in terms of technology, because Hoken Tech provides solutions that exploit blockchain, but not just any blockchain, rather the world’s first carbon-neutral blockchain, EOS, moreover a technology that is exploited by an Italian startup in southern Italy, not a Silicon Valley startup.

An event that expands over 4 days, from August 31st to September 3rd, the day of the awards ceremony, where among various panels, prominent Italian figures and startups, you can admire a piece of advanced Italy that builds innovative and technological solutions for the present and future.

And Hoken Tech will be on stage precisely on those days, in that short period of time, it will tell about its own project and the incredible results it has achieved in recent years, such as the first blockchain video game on PS5, Apple Watch, Tesla car, and more.

It will be a difficult battle awaiting Hoken Tech, because among these 100 finalists there are undeniably the best startups in Italy, ready to compete in the largest digital event of late summer.
